DeRosa Partners /  200 Hamilton Ave

With the DeRosa Group, Urban Word, LLC crafted a winning proposal to the City of Trenton to develop a ½ acre lot  at 200 Hamilton Ave in Trenton. Current plans for the site include construction of a 20,000 SF mixed use building. The site is located within two blocks of both the Northeast Corridor Amtrak station with SEPTA and NJ Transit service and NJ Transit's River Line, a light rail service to Southern New Jersey.
