• 118 South Warren Street, a 5300 Square Foot property that had been vacant for 25 years before being renovated by Urban Word, LLC.

• 30 Greenwood Avenue, a former auto service shop redeveloped into a private loft residence in the Mill Hill section of Trenton NJ.

• DeRosa Partners, including the DeRosa Group and Urban Word, LLC will redevelop a half-acre lot at 200 Hamilton Avenue in Trenton, NJ into a 20,000 square feet mixed use building.
