A Trenton resident since 1995, Roland Pott has been a real estate and entertainment entrepreneur in Trenton for 12 years. Most recently, he has completed 118 South Warren, a 6000 Square Foot retail and office property that had been vacant for 25 years prior.

Mr. Pott got his start in the real estate business as a founding member of Trenton Makes, LLC, helping to finance and develop a 25,000 SF urban redevelopment project that includes retail, office and artist studio spaces. Roland Pott opened and operated The Urban Word Café, a bistro style restaurant, from 1999 to 2003. He opened Conduit – A Music Club, a 459 occupancy venue across from The Sovereign Bank Arena in 2001, promoting nationally known rock, jazz, R&B and reggae acts.

Mr. Pott is active as a licensed real estate agent with Segal Commercial Real Estate, based in Trenton, NJ and works as a real estate consultant. He is currently completing an assignment for the newly formed Capital City Partnership, Inc., a non-profit community development corporation that endeavors to broker, foster, and leverage private, public and community resources to enhance and promote redevelopment initiatives that will revitalize the Canal Banks area of Trenton NJ.

Mr. Pott serves on the board of directors of the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce, as First Vice President of The Old Mill Hill Society, the neighborhood association for the Mill Hill Historic District in Trenton, on the Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton Young Professionals Board, as a founding Board member of the I Am Trenton Community Foundation and on the Trenton Small Business Week Committee.

He was married to Ann Pott in 2005. They have a son, Baker, born in January 2007.
