Trenton Makes is a 25,000 Square Foot mixed use property with retail, office and artist studio spaces. Urban Word, LLC has an office at Trenton Makes, LLC and has operated several retail businesses, including a restaurant and a nightclub, at the site over the years. Urban Word, LLC also provides property management and real estate consulting services to Trenton Makes, LLC.

As the property was being renovated in 1999 and 2000, Urban Word LLC provided much of the marketing and public relations related to the ground breaking, the grand opening and the leasing of this award winning project, and was the pre-committed tenant that helped to make the financing possible.
